About
This project combined existing elements in the home with Stage Joy furnishings to create a more cohesive, elevated presentation. The scope included luxury staging, outdoor areas, an office, and a secondary bedroom, with an emphasis on improving flow, clarifying room function, and supporting the property’s coastal setting.

Key Rooms
Living Room
The living room was refined through scale, placement, and a more cohesive mix of furnishings and accessories. The result feels lighter, more intentional, and better connected to the architecture and views.
Office & Secondary Bedroom
These additional rooms were given clear identities so buyers could immediately understand how the home could support work-from-home needs, guests, and everyday living.
Outdoor Living
Outdoor furnishings extended the staged experience beyond the interior, creating defined places to gather and relax while reinforcing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle associated with La Jolla living.
