Stage Joy does not guarantee any particular result (including sale price, time on market, or buyer behavior) from the use of staging or design services.

7) Disclaimers

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STAGE JOY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGE JOY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

10) Arbitration; Class Action Waiver (California)

Class Action Waiver: You and Stage Joy agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm, including unauthorized use of intellectual property or security breaches.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
